Delivery & Returns
Once you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. Your order will be shipped to your address within 7 business days at latest. Exact delivery date varies according to stock availibility and/or production period.
If you need something by a certain date, would like to expedite shipping or prefer to pick-up from our Nisantasi store, please make sure to put that in the ‘order notes’ section or send us an email at [email protected] or reach out to us from our contact number +90 535 0504808. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
We offer free shipping for all orders with a delivery address in Turkey. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
All packages are insured and a signature is required on delivery address.
Free International shipping (out of Turkey) is currently available worldwide from Her Story.
Her Story is not responsible for custom fees and taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to– these are payable by recipient upon delivery. A signature is required on delivery address.
Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Special orders and custom jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return
Items must be without wear and in as shipped condition together with all the packaging materials. The goods must be free from scratch, stains, odor or any other condition. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund). If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
For each product purchased by our Online Store, free cleaning/polish services are provided under Her Story security for 2 years with free of charge. Our jewelry is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance.
